IPX Telin as a Service
Under this option, customers sign on for one or several Telin IPX services under a standalone service agreement containing product/service chosen.
Telin IPX as a Platform
Telin IPX may also be introduced to customers as a supporting component of a network modernization project, in order to improve the performance of new as well as existing services such as GRX, signalling, roaming, SMS/MMS interconnection, and LTE / WIFI Roaming using diameter signalling. In this case, the Telin IPX usage may be covered under the terms of the existing contract. Alternately, a standalone contract or agreement may be drawn up for new products and services that specifically includes the use of Telin IPX.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)1. Availabilityminimum level of 99.95% for availability for all traffic classesnote: In order to reach this number, network element or link used need to implemented redundantly.2. Extend your Wi-Fi roaming coverage to include Indonesia in partnership with us. We work with many international W-Fi operators to provide them with roaming Wi-Fi in Indonesia, leveraging our local networks so that end users can seamlessly use @wifi.id networks in selected locations within Indonesia.
Wi-Fi Roaming provides Internet services platform based on Wi-Fi technology which can be utilized by Global Wi-Fi operators to serve their end-users. The @wifi.id network is very reliable with coverage on all over Indonesia. This will provide guaranteed high quality connections to all end users.
Service via Connection Manager
End users will be connected to a SSID that has been assigned by the Indonesia Wi-Fi and the Global Wi-Fi operator, using a connection manager application.
