Kharisma is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) reporting to CEO Budi Satria Dharma Purba.

Kharisma is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the company’s commercial initiatives as well as developing and executing strategies to unlock and accelerate Telin’s potential.

Kharisma has a lot of experiences in various commercial management positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Telin USA, Vice President Carrier Enterprise, Americas-Pacific & EMEA Region, and Chief Marketing Officer Telin Australia.

Kharisma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from STT Telkom and Master Degree in Management of Information System from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
